The Beacon Project

At Aya Housing, we are dedicated to developing housing projects that cater to the specific needs of individuals and families in need. Our projects aim to provide a supportive and nurturing environment for those facing challenges such as mental health conditions, chronic homelessness, or disabilities. The Beacon is a 5o-Unit affordable housing development that will. be located in Petersburg, VA. The Beacon will have the following features and amenities:

Courtyard with Playground
Community Garden and Food Pantry
On-site Case Managers
Access to Voluntary Supportive Services
Close to grocery stores, public transit, and major roadways (I-85)
